Introductory provisions
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions ("GTC") govern the rights and obligations between:

1.2. The Seller is currently not registered in the Trade Register and has not been assigned a business registration number. The Seller undertakes to arrange for a remedy as soon as possible.
1.3. These terms and conditions are an integral part of every purchase contract concluded between the seller and the buyer through the online store.
1.4. The buyer is a natural or legal person who places an order in the e-shop.

2. Conclusion of the purchase contract
2.1. The order created by the buyer is a proposal to conclude a purchase contract.
2.2. The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller by e-mail.
2.3. The seller reserves the right to refuse the order, in particular due to unavailability of goods or incorrect information provided by the buyer.

3. Price of goods and payment terms
3.1. The prices listed in the e-shop are final.
3.2. The Buyer can choose from the following payment methods:
bank transfer
online card payment (if supported)
cash on delivery (if offered)
3.3. In the case of advance payment, the purchase price is due within 5 days of order confirmation. If payment is not made on time, the order may be canceled.

4. Delivery of goods
4.1. The goods are delivered via courier services or another method specified in the order.
4.2. Shipping costs are indicated before the order is completed.
4.3. Goods are usually shipped within [fill in according to the actual process] days from receipt of payment or confirmation of order.
4.4. The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt of the shipment from the carrier.

5. Withdrawal from the contract (14 days)
5.1. The buyer - consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a notification to:

5.3. The buyer bears the costs associated with returning the goods.
5.4. Returned goods must not be damaged or excessively worn.
5.5. The consumer cannot withdraw from the contract with:
goods made to measure or according to customer requirements
goods with a hygienic nature, the packaging of which has been damaged
5.6. The Seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal, but not earlier than after receipt of the returned goods.

6. Complaints (rights from defective performance)
6.1. The goods are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months, unless otherwise stated.
6.2. The buyer may submit a complaint by e-mail or in writing.
6.3. The complaint will be handled no later than 30 days from the date of its submission.
6.4. In the event of a recognized complaint, the buyer has the right to:
repair of goods
exchange of goods
reasonable discount
withdrawal from the contract in case of a material defect

7. Protection of personal data
7.1. The Seller processes the personal data of Buyers solely for the purpose of processing the order.
7.2. Personal data is not provided to third parties, except for carriers.
7.3. The Buyer has rights under the GDPR - in particular the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution
8.1. In the event of a dispute, the buyer - consumer may use an out-of-court settlement through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (CTI).

9. Final provisions
9.1. By sending the order, the buyer confirms that he has read these GTC.
9.2. The Seller may change the GTC. The changes shall become effective on the date of their publication on the e-shop website.
9.3. Legal relations between the seller and the buyer are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
